Paul Field is Editor of Mail Plus, a new, paid-for digital brand for the Daily Mail, where he is also Associate Editor, and The Mail on Sunday. Mail Plus is a design-rich and highly-interactive daily newspaper tablet app – and is leading innovation in the daily newspaper market.

Paul was previously Editor-in-Chief of the Irish Daily Mail and Irish Mail on Sunday, based in Dublin (2008 – 2011), and Executive Editor of the Mail on Sunday, based in London (2006-2008).

Between 2004 and 2006 he was Vice President, American Media Inc, then Editor-in-Chief of the National Enquirer, in New York. Prior to his time in US, Paul held various news executive and news reporting positions on UK national newspapers including The Mail on Sunday, the Daily Mail, The Sun, the Sunday Mirror and The Independent.

Paul started his career aged 15 on the local paper in his hometown. He's 41, married with three children and lives in London.
