Shrijeet is Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director on the Board of Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd (BCCL). In addition to his role in the Publishing business, Shrijeet also oversees BCCL’s Television interests and new ventures. He joined BCCL in Aug-2011 after an exciting 24-year stint with Hindustan Unilever, where he was last the Foods business as Executive Director - Foods.

Shrijeet holds management degrees from IIM Ahmedabad and Wharton (AMP). He has played an active role in key industry associations such as Bombay Chambers, FICCI, CII and ASCI.

Off work, Shrijeet likes to spend time with his family – his wife, an educationist and his two teenage daughters. To unwind, he plays old Hindi film songs on keyboards.
