David Hedengren is the co-founder of Your Middle East, a digital media launched 18 months ago that challenges the one-sided, mostly negative, global reporting from the Middle East. A grassroots organisation with a fast-growing network of some 300 contributors, Your Middle East aims to portray a fuller, more balanced and inclusive picture of the region.

Mr. Hedengren has a background as a writer, editor, consultant and entrepreneur in the media and communications industry.
